(name withheld), driving an older model, unknown color Toyota 4Runner, Colorado plates unknown.

Has a 12 year old healthy dog with him.

RP is his sister, advised he has a spinal injury, was staying in Douglas after visiting her in Gillette, and was supposed to be headed back to Loveland today, but she has not heard from him and has been unable to reach him.
