Downed pole with cones on Roy Taylor Road

Looks like there's some cones around it, but I don't know if energy or anything's been out here.

But where the cones are, I don't know.

The whole pole was down, but like I said, it kind of looks like somebody's been out here because there's big markers are out here, but I don't see any trucks.
