Person stuck on cell phone tower signals for help

In that idea of 259 Silver Ridge Road, 259, Silver Ridge Road, I got a call from (name withheld) who states that there is someone stuck on the cell phone tower that is northeast of his house. So they're flashing lights and waving their arms. They flicked his porch light at him and they flashed it back. They did that several times. Then he looked through with the notulars and they're waving their arms at him. Copy. I'll go check it out. 10-4. If you go to his residence at 259 Hill Ridge Road, he said that you can see the cell phone tower from the clearing in behind his house. I don't have a better location of this tower other than it is northeast of the 259 Silver Ridge Road.
