Welfare check for elderly man after week of no contact

The caller is claiming she hasn't heard from her brother in a week.

It's a male, early seventies.

Now, coincidentally, about a week ago, the medics were there for a male, same age, shortness of breath, taken up to McKeesport Hospital.

I don't know if he's been discharged since then or what.
