I'm about to see the 34, a 34-year-old male patient with a chief complaint of a headache that started approximately 5 h ago.

Described as a throbbing headache on the right side, kind of radiating towards his back.

He does have a prior history of headaches, but doesn't take any medications for it, and he has not taken any medications for it today.

Prior to our arrival, he's had numerous episodes of nausea, vomiting, as well.

Says headache getting worse.

She's rated a 20 out of on a scale of 00:10 .

Currently zero times four due to spooking.

We did do an EKG, came back a sinus rhythm.

However, they were in very T wave to lead three, and some minor ST elevation lead one, lead two, and some more ST elevation V two through V four.

However, we did transfer over to EKG to Lanesong Hospital, who advised this patient's okay.
