This has come that came in is given North Point Road and Rolling Mill Road on the call assist under the I-95 overpass, and it was a victim/caller complaint.

I've already tried to notify the city to see if they can have an officer go out, but apparently that is handled by public works who will be out in two days.

Yeah, we could leave it open or code it, but I don't want one of our officers getting stuck on something that's in the city because they won't come out.
