if there's a protection order in place, but the offender was LIVING at the residence, then who WASNT supposed to be there? Going by this, seems it's the caller violating the order. trying to get an ex in trouble. You aren't supposed to get a protective order, then violate it. you get one against someone, doesn't that mean they have to stay away from you and you away from them? If you get a protection order against someone, that also means YOU have to stay away from them too. you can't call them, hang out at their work, hang out in their neighborhood where they live, don't matter if you have friends over there, they don't have to move because your friends live in their neighborhood. Protection orders work both ways I thought.
