Child running in front of car prompts welfare check

Caller is calling from number (number withheld) Country Acres, but she said that the people live at number (number withheld) Country Acres.

Said that they had a child running in front of their vehicle on the road and the child was crying and the person almost hit them and pulled into number (number withheld).

She said it looks like they were having the child run in front of the car for some reason.

Just want the welfare check[1] done on them.
