Hello, Duke, Medic 31, inbound routine traffic with a 64, 64-year-old female coming from the bus station.

She's complaining of left leg pain.

Patient states she has history of having fluid on her left knee.

She now has fluid on the lower part of extremity and left foot.

Patient also states that she was prescribed antibiotics recently for something, but what? But did not take as prescribed and having difficulty ambulating.

GCS 15 , all vitals within normal limits.
