Vehicle stopped after suspected hit-and-run near Eden

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers issued a be-on-the-lookout alert for a red Dodge Avenger believed to be involved in a possible hit-and-run traveling toward Eden on Axton Road. The vehicle was later reported stopped on Roosevelt Street. The suspect’s identity was withheld pending investigation.
