Bystander on scene, friend said that they were unable to stand him up today from his bed, and he's been feeling weak, so they activated EMS.

When we arrived, we encountered patient sitting upright in his bed, no apparent distress.

He's just complaining about weakness.

We did get an extensive history of allergies and meds, which we'll include upon arrival.

Positive for blood thinners, negative for the stroke scale.

We did get a temp of 101, temp panic, and a blood sugar of 97, 97.

We do have vitals as follows: their heart rate of 99, 99, breathing of approximately 18 a minute, 18.

SpO2 of 96, 96, we're on room air, and we did get a blood pressure of 119, 119 over 61, negative on orthostatics.
