They're closer to the yogurt on (number withheld) Bass Lake Road.

Two subjects appear to be pouring gasoline on the ground.

Also made a comment, "Don't do it yet, there's someone around." They're possibly associated to a black Challenger standing in between a white truck and a black BMW sedan.
