Renter suspected of trying to damage parked car

Civil matters at (number withheld) Leah Court.

RP has a renter and we believe they came back to POH last night and threw dirt on RP's car and threw cones around it under the car.

Unknown if there is any actual damage, but it was like he was trying to cause damage to RP's things.
