Complaint of dirt bike riding on Water Street, Elizabethtown NY

00:00

Just received another call.

00:01

Unsure if it's related or not.

00:03

From in the area of (number withheld) Water Street for a male individual riding a dirt bike up and down the road.

00:16

The same individual has a electric bicycle that is legal if it's the same one.

00:23

I did attempt to confirm that.

00:25

The caller didn't believe that it was that same individual.

00:28

Stated that this was a dirt bike, not an e-bike.
