Check on black truck and trailer on bridge

I'm not sure if it's going to be a motorist assist or if it's going to be an abandoned vehicle.

Elkton Pike at Bluff Street on the bridge, there's a black truck pulling a trailer.

We did give this to highway patrol, however they only have one unit in the county tonight and requested when you guys respond.
