Officer checks report of vehicle doing donuts, Ellsinore MO

10-4. I just have the owner of Easy Auto Sales right across the road from Dollar General stating that on his cameras he had seen that there was a four-wheeler out there at his shop.

00:11

It looked like they were doing donuts around his building.

00:14

He is wanting somebody to go make sure that there's nobody on that property and to make sure that the business is still secure.

00:28

Also, I'm going to text you the individual's name and phone number.

00:34

He would like to speak to you after you get done securing that business.
