Emergency MedicalPickup truck causes disturbance with loud noises and burnouts
Disorderly Conduct Edward 215 NW.E.215, 5th Asby Street. Apparently, you gave a warning to earlier tonight. Call in from Elma with a noise complaint. So there is a dark-grade dodge, possibly, diesel pickup. So it hit a light bar and a lot of the light fell over it. Apparently, I've been making a habit of doing burnouts in town when he was right near Elm. and 6th Street in Alma, probably about two, three minutes ago at this point. He was wondering if, since you'd been in the area earlier, if he'd be willing to check the area again, he's not getting very far with the county, apparently. He was a little unsure of the color, so I guess take that for what it's worth.
