Alarm triggered by cleaning crew; employee freed

Officers were dispatched to check an alarm. Dispatch reported that the alarm company had spoken with a key holder, who said a cleaning crew was on site and likely set off the alarm by mistake. At the scene, officers found that an employee had been accidentally locked inside. They let the employee out, confirmed that everything was okay, and worked on contacting the key holder again while the alarm continued to sound. Any further alarm activations were expected because the employee had been let out through a side emergency exit.
