Caller reports possible gun incident at home

A 911 call came from a cell phone near South Prospect. The caller appeared to pick up, say nothing, and then hang up, with only breathing heard on the line. A relative later reported that a nephew at the home had opened the door for a food delivery, shouted that there was a gun, and then could not be reached. Officers were sent to the home to check on a possible person with a gun. Relatives also went to the area in a described vehicle. Police arrived, contacted the homeowner, checked the scene, and reported that everything was fine.
