Patient was a construction worker and was hit by a vehicle in a construction zone today.

Patient has a large extensive injury to his right lower leg, right femur fracture, large avulsion all the way down.

He had no pulses and they were able to do a graft.

After around the popliteal area and have pulses down to the knee, but they were not able to get pulses into his foot.

Patient also has a had a right femoral artery and has a 24 French chest tube in place with some rib fractures.

We've got a blood pressure of 93 over 70, heart rate of 142, which is kind of where he's been the whole time for us.
