Multiple crashes on I-90 near exits 52 and 53

Multiple vehicle crashes occurred on eastbound I-90 near exits 52 and 53 in New York. One crash involved a red Hyundai, and another involved a tractor trailer with several passenger cars, with debris scattered across the roadway. All vehicles were reported on or near the right shoulder. There was also a report of a vehicle driving the wrong way on the shoulder and a separate hit-and-run incident involving a white Hyundai in the same general area. Police units were sent to check and manage the scene.
