Leaving (number withheld) Esmont Road in a gray Subaru SUV, Virginia tag (number withheld), driven by (name withheld), white female, 31 years old, short brown hair, tied top, pajama shorts.

Unknown if the suspect still has a scissors used at the scene.

Possibly headed toward Howardsville.

If located, use caution to detain and notify ECC.
