Report of drinking while boating at Lost Dog Park

I just received a complaint of possible drinking while boating at Lost Dog Park at Shirley's there, stating that there's a blue jet ski and another one that apparently is broken down on the trailer, stating that they are drinking, being loud, and boating on the lake.
