Domestic dispute with physical fight on street

Police received a report of a domestic dispute near West Delaware Street and North Bell Avenue. A man and a woman were seen physically fighting in the street. The man was wearing gray sweatpants and the woman was dressed in all black. A witness reported that the man then chased the woman and both ran north toward Maryland Street. The witness, sitting in a car at the intersection near a red Buick Enclave, later lost sight of both people. Officers were sent to search the area for them.
