Disabled car with elderly occupants at boat ramp, Exeter NH

00:00

Respond to the boat ramp behind Stillwell's.

00:04

I have two elderly people in a vehicle that seems to be parked on the boat ramp that's disabled.

00:15

They're getting nervous because it's getting dark.

00:17

They're both cold.

00:18

They're in their eighties and nineties.

00:20

The vehicle's disabled and AAA cannot come for them, so they'd like to speak to somebody.

00:27

I offered to call them a tow.

00:29

But they didn't want to pay for it.
