Juveniles riding e-scooter in highway traffic lane

Do you have any troopers in the Fairfax area? I have a report of two young juvenile females on a e-bike or e-scooter type, a couple miles north of Fairfax on Highway 4.

They were driving down the lane of traffic.

I can get somebody started from like the Granite Falls area.
