Suspicious device placed on parked vehicle

A caller reported that about five minutes earlier a young woman drove into the parking lot near an apartment on Forest Hill Drive. The woman, described as about 20 years old with brown hair and wearing a winter jacket, arrived in a black Volkswagen sport utility vehicle. The caller said she was seen placing an unknown device on a blue sedan parked in the lot and requested that police check the area. The caller is willing to speak with officers if needed.
