Welfare check for missing impaired teen

Caller reporting she got a call from her ex, her son's impaired, and they're advised their (number withheld) year old son decided to leave.

He was recently released from the hospital because of medication, some organ failure, and

he's not sure where he is.

So she's requesting a welfare check on both of them and a phone call to follow up.
