Child's fingers nearly amputated in bike chain accident

Two, eight year old male had his finger caught in his bike chain.

Two fingers are almost amputated.

At 1340 .

Fire and 1st responders, signal A, (number withheld) West State Road 32, (number withheld) West State Road 32, on a (number withheld) with a finger stuck in a bike chain.

They are currently out, but they are cut all the way around, but are still attached.

Medic 23 is advising if you have chain cutters.
