Patient transfer with third-degree burns to Springfield ER

I have a transfer coming out of Washington Regional Medical Center in ED room three going to Mercy Hospital Springfield ER.

Patient is going for 3rd degree burns.

Will require

IV monitoring and cardiac monitor.
