Vehicle stopped on curve with lights off

Caller stated just west of the address on the westbound side of the road, there's going to be a vehicle on the side with no lights, and the caller was unable to see if anybody was in the vehicle.

They stated the vehicle was on a sharp bend and wanted to make sure everything was okay.
