62-year-old man struggling to breathe near Fordsville

Ohio County EMS, Woodville Fire Department, (number withheld) State Route 54 West, (number withheld) State Route 54 West for a 62 year old male having difficulty breathing.

Caller reports he was just released within the last week from OHRH for two blood clots in his lungs.

Male does have a history of congestive heart failure and is retaining fluid in his face.
