Man in red shirt appears suicidal on hill near traffic

35.

King 35, can you respond to Ray's at 11307 Main Street for a report of a male subject wearing a red shirt who looks like he's going to jump off the hill into traffic? RP cannot provide a better description.

She's already left the scene.
