That's one seven-year-old male with a chief complaint of head injury and left shoulder injury secondary to a tubing accident.

Initially, the patient's chief complaint was just a left shoulder dislocation possibility.

However, the patient is now going into an apneic period with seizures.

And he is presenting with cyanosis, breathing.

He is positive for bradypneic sign.

We have MC caller at this moment.

He is continuing in and out of periods of GCS of seven to GCS of three.

We are about 10 min away.

Joe's. Patient's current vital signs are 100 and twenty-six over seventy-six with a 101 heart rate.
