Randolph County Car Eight en route responding reference stroke, (number withheld) Academy Road Extension, (number withheld) Academy Road Extension, at Frazier's Mobile Home Park, lot number (number withheld), cross street of Butler's Chapel Road and NC Highway 22 North.

We'll be responding on a 67 year old male, home alone, complaining of numb right arm.

Patient advised he's been drinking since 2230 hours.

Evening, we have signal eleven responding in reference to that as well.

Patient is showing clear evidence of a stroke, only able to raise one arm at this time.
