Group refuses to leave driveway after argument

Our case that there's a group of people that pulled up in her driveway to watch the fireworks, and she asked them to leave, and one of the males became belligerent, was yelling and cussing at her, and they would not move.

She said there is a group of possibly four, five people with him and possibly three kids.
