Debris dumped in roadway on River Road

Received a call from Northampton County in reference to some trees and limbs that were dumped in the road on River Road.

If I they have officers en route, just wanted to make you aware in reference to the vehicle.

This same came this way.

If I was called, I couldn't advise which way same went.
