Suspicious activity reported at road intersection

Unfortunately, it seems as if over the last year + that "McCoy Road" tends to be quite the Hotspot. In this instance/dispatch, hopefully non-criminal. Kudos to Otsego County's LEO'S (along with Fire Dept's/EMS.) I feel they serve this County above & beyond. Especially regarding the large increase of added population growth(I'll just leave that right here.) Always with gratitude and Thanksgiving! 💯🎯❤️🌟🏆🦅🇺🇲
