Older man found slumped over in ditch near storage

Complainant advised that near the Grace Mini Storage, he seen a male on all fours slumped over in the ditch on the right side going towards the Flat Top direction.

It was last seen wearing a gray shirt and jeans.

Appears to be an older male.
