Suspicious vehicle possibly waiting to break into home

Caller said he's had trouble with people trying to break into their home and now there is a car parked right on the corner of Birch Avenue and West Fifth Street.

Kind of like right on the corner there.

He thinks they are waiting for them to turn their lights off so they can break in.

Vehicle does not have any lights on.
