Not sure if there is help for a child who has a brain wired like this at such an early age. To get a thrill out of killing something, not even once but over and over again until all the puppies were gone. I do believe this is a warning of what is to come. So sad.

my heart aches for those puppies. this child needs to be accountable for his actions no matter his age. He kills puppies with ease next is a human being. no difference in my book between humans and animals...murder is murder

Yes, it this child is 10 years or older, he needs to see a behavioral health specialist and get a brain scan from a neurologist. His neurobiochemistry seems to be off.

definitely a serial killer in the making . not sure if you can really help people like that . they are missing quite a bit mentally. wired wrong . it's a lot deeper an organic , not the right word , than just a fixable behavioral issue . people like that don't understand or feel empathy.
