Door left open, welfare check at High Street home

Reported by the person in apartment (number withheld), she stated she went over there, screamed inside, no (number withheld) answered.

Stated that the landlord is currently doing work in there, but he didn't answer when she called.

Great, can you just see if C7 has somebody that can check on that, please?
