Elderly woman scammed in fake dog purchase scheme

This call may be stemming from an earlier call with DFS in regards to a elderly female who's being scammed out of money.

She's now calling in stating that the scammers are calling her back stating she tried to purchase a dog and that they're going to contact some animal protection agency and turn her in for leaving the dog.

She's never seen it.

She'd like to speak to an officer.
