Neighbor throws nails into driveway causing damage

Received a call from a (name withheld) at 4:41 this morning saying that one of his neighbors, who he has had an ongoing dispute with for the past year, has been throwing nails and things into his driveway.

He's had to replace multiple tires.

He would like to speak with an officer.

Clear.

He's at (number withheld) Round Lake Road.

He stated he will be home all day.
