Fell from the sitting position from her wheelchair down.

On her knee, stated that she did not hit her head and is not on any blood thinners or whatsoever.

Just lost her balance.

Does have a little bit of bruising to the right knee.

Patient's also complaining of a little bit of left ankle pain and left hip pain.

There is no shortening or deformity on either ankle or the hip.

She is weight bearing on both ankle, on both legs actually.

She was able to ambulate to the bathroom and go before we loaded her up.
