Children reported to have blocked a lane with garbage near Bellows Lane

Caller advised there's some children that placed a bunch of garbage in the middle of the lane and blocked the lane that she would get out and clean it when she got off work.

The children are part of the (name withheld) family.

She believes they're possibly coming from the (name withheld) loop.
