Youths in SUV yell at people near Goleta store

It was three to four males, approximately 16 to 20 years old, in a white Mercedes

SW with an American flag hanging out of the back break.

Central, continuing the subjects were seen 15 ago driving in and out of the parking lot, blasting music and yelling at passerbys.They made inappropriate comments at the RP's (number withheld) year old daughter.

The RP is requesting an area check and no contact is needed.
