Welfare check at house after interrupted call and yelling

Called in by APS.

We're checking on a (name withheld) around 74 years old.

Party that reported this to them was speaking with them on the phone, heard him yelling in the background, disconnected, and they've been unable to make contact since.

Sounds like one of the parties on scene is scared to call 911.
