If he fell on top of her, that sounds like an accident or a medical issue (like he either fell into her and knocked her wind out when he did or else he collapsed onto her and she can’t get out from under him) and not an assault. I hope they’re both okay.

how heavy is he is what I was thinking

Depending on how he fell, he could be a normal weight if he fell from a height like off a ladder or something and landed on her. Or if he was unconscious and dead weight that would be different than trying to move out from under someone who can roll. Even if he was big it’s still sad for both of them.
