It is legal, if they did not want weapons in their store/restaurant it should be posted at the door

Virginia IS Open Carry. Not usually done around the Frederick County/Winchester Area but times are changing and Weapons make boys feel like Men.

A Business has the right to request he remove his weapon, to refuse service, and to place a No Tresspass upon him. If I were a parton I would leave as I do not condone wearing weapons.
